Sundays in My City – Beach Edition

in a picture is worth a thousand words

This post was done at the airport. Made possible by the FREE Wi-Fi provided at the Richmond Airport and 2+ hour delay courtesy of United Airlines (well, to be fair, it’s really the weather’s fault…)

I totally want to morph myself into those photos so I can experience the calming waters of the beach once again.

I am supremely jealous. I have not been to the beach, I mean a real beach in ages, like years. Also I am afraing of things like this…

So I may never go to the beach again and just live vicariously through you.

Your kids are gorgeous! Must be fun to be their mom with a camera. :)

Looks soooo relaxing and warm! Your kids are adorable…

I took my kids to the beach last weekend and it was too cold to even dip our feet in the water. We went home and had hot chocolate.

Your boys are destined to be heartbreakers aren’t they? They’re gorgeous!

We were also at the beach this past weekend, but alas, no such pictures. These are wonderful. Good job mama.

Great pics. I love the one of your oldest holding the red inner tube and of the clouds over the beach.

Thank you for the kind words!

Velva, the license plate says WTFUDGE. My husband almost hit that car when he tried to be as close as possible so I could take a picture. So having that kind of “vanity” plate may not be a good idea after all. Ha.

Vapid, yup. That would have freaked me out as well. There were dolphins swimming quite close to the shore. They sometimes DID look like sharks. There were a bunch of dead jelly fish washed up ashore after a storm. It’s good that I didn’t realize they could still sting in death. Ok. I am not helping, am I?

I wish I could walk around with a “wifi bubble” surrounding me. Oh, I guess I COULD just pay for the monthly fee to get mobile internet. LOL. FREE Wi-Fi is the best!

Thank you for visiting and commenting.

What great pictures! Looks like so much fun! You know, I haven’t been to the beach since I was 14 years old. I somehow feel cheated. I’ve been dying to go, so once Nathan gets a little older, we’re planning on taking him. And eating all the fresh seafood our stomachs can hold!
