I think of what this day will be like in the future and I chuckle to myself when I picture my two sons and their hissing wives obligingly dragging themselves to my home along with my daughter & son in law. They sit in the car and make jokes at my expense before steeling themselves and entering my home reluctantly.
    I cannot wait!
Actually, if there are cherubic grandchildren involved in this case scenario, I don’t care about the in-laws. I’ll just spoil my grand kids

Though I know I would spoil my future grandchildren (well, provided I am not broke at old age…) I have told my sons to NOT expect me to raise their children for them. Better set the boundaries now.
