WTF Wednesday: These boots are made for walking

These boots are nice, right? But I am not showing them because they are sexy. These boots were spotted 2 hours into a mountain climbing route...

This is what most of the paths on those mountains look like...

And this is what the mountain peak looks like...

I wouldn’t even be able to walk in those boots, let alone go hiking. But that’s just crazy anyway, because I would never go hiking. I once ended a long-term relationship because my girlfriend and I didn’t see eye-to-eye about hiking. And other things. True story.

P.S. I’m sure I speak for Dawn when I say: Thanks for the awesome ecard!

I don’t like doing things that require strenuous efforts. I told my husb if I had wanted to sweat I would have not studied so hard in my youth. He kind of gets it. But dang I still need to work out. At least according to my doctor when I turned 40. ugh. Aging sucks.

p.s. You are so very welcome. I wish you and Dawn the best. LOL. πŸ˜‰

OMG! I love the boots, and I love hiking – but I wouldn’t put those two together. Ever. Unless I was hiking with my boyfriend/husband and we were going to sneak off the trail for some outdoor nooky. (your kids don’t read this blog, do they?? Crap. Kids – ‘nooky’ is code for eating candy.)

You are very welcome. I appreciate your making a conscious effort to check out new blogs during NaBloPoMo. I am in “I owe you guys” mode… sigh.

It’s a mystery to me since walking along that path was the only way to get where she was when the picture was taken… Maybe she IS a purple ghost. LOL

I couldn’t believe my eyes when my husband showed me the picture. Of all the 400+ pictures he has to show me, I kept on going back to this one. He thinks I am missing the point (i.e. the gorgeous scenery).
